Yantai Yiming Food Co., Ltd. primarily produces a range of fruit products, including candied fruits, dried fruits, fruit jams, diced fruits, and canned fruits. The company covers an area of 20,000 square meters, with a factory site of 15,000 square meters, a processing workshop of 10,000 square meters, and a warehouse of 2,000 square meters. It employs over 100 staff members, including more than 40 management personnel and 10 technical specialists.
For over 20 years, the company has been engaged in the processing of fruit products and boasts extensive processing experience. Over the years, it has signed contracts with a network of established raw-material suppliers, effectively ensuring the safety of its product origins. The company has a dedicated quality-control department that rigorously oversees every stage—from raw-material procurement and processing to packaging inspection and warehouse storage—thereby guaranteeing the safety and quality of its products. The company has obtained relevant certifications, including HACCP quality system certification, SC production license certification, and the "Registration Certificate for Export Food Production Enterprises."
The company is equipped with advanced production facilities, including automatic fruit washing and processing machines, peeling machines, pitting machines, grading and sorting machines, automatic elevators, automated blanching lines, double-jacketed kettles, sugar dissolving tanks, high-temperature concentration and sterilization tanks, baking chambers, fully automatic canning machines, metal detectors, fully automatic packaging machines, fully automatic sealing machines, fully automatic cartonizing machines, fully automatic labeling machines, coding machines, and piece-counting machines. We have four state-of-the-art automated production lines, with an annual production capacity of over 5,000 tons.
The company is equipped with a laboratory staffed by two laboratory technicians, one holding a bachelor’s degree and the other a diploma. The laboratory’s primary testing equipment includes: a 100,000th-of-a-gram electronic balance, an electrically heated constant-temperature drying oven, an electrically heated constant-temperature incubator, a clean bench, a biological microscope, a constant-temperature water bath, a pH meter, and a refractometer. These facilities ensure that each batch of products meets the standards set by both domestic authorities and importing countries. The company has signed testing agreements with third-party testing institutions, conducting comprehensive type tests on all manufactured products twice annually. Additionally, laboratory technicians participate in inter-laboratory comparison exercises and regular training sessions outside the company twice each year, effectively guaranteeing the accuracy of test results and the safety of product quality.
